Not only do we cover the skills of a Dental Office Assistant, but we will cover the fundamentals of Electronic Health Records.
Dental Office Assistant
A dental office assistant must be skilled in electronic communication such as electronic health records, appointment software, dental procedures, terminology and much more. Our Dental Office Assistant course covers these skills, as well as HIPAA and OSHA guidelines. Students will be introduced to proper communication skills and how to implement information management and security, and the daily financial aspects of a dental practice.
Electronic Health Records Management
If you are going into the medical field, it is critical to have an understanding of electronic health records (EHRs) and how these records impact patient care. Our Electronic Health Records course covers all you will need to know about the medical workflow process.
