Human Resources Exam Prep (PHR/SPHR)
Upon successful completion of this Human Resources Exam Prep (PHR/SPHR) course and the required professional HR experience, students will be prepared, in part, to sit for the HRCI certification exam to become a Professional in Human Resources (PHR®) or a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR®). The PHR is open to HR professionals with a minimum of 2 years professional experience with a Bachelor's degree or 4 years experience with a high school diploma and the SPHR is available to those with a minimum of 7 years professional experience. The PHR is open to HR professionals with at least 2 years professional experience and the SPHR is available to those with a minimum of 7 years professional experience.
**Certification exams are not included in the cost of the course.**
