Our Personal Fitness Trainer course contains essential knowledge for preparing you to take the ACSM’s certification exam. There is in-depth coverage into biomechanics, anatomy, exercise physiology, and nutrition. We provide students with the information necessary to address the knowledge, skills, and abilities (KSA) set forth by ACSM. We discuss how to establish goals for clients and assess strength and flexibility, as well as exercise testing, training, and programming.

Upon successful completion of our Personal Fitness Trainer course, students will be prepared to sit for the ACSM national certification exam to become a Certified Personal Trainer (CPT).
