Our CompTIA Project+ course prepares IT professionals for the CompTIA Project+ certification exam PK0-005. This course covers essential project management concepts in terms of creating project charter documents, planning projects, assessing and management risk, and closing projects. We also discuss agile processes, quality management, personnel management, and status reporting.

Recommended Experience: Equivalent to 6-12 months of hands-on experience managing projects in a tech environment.
