The exam covers maintenance of PCs, mobile devices, laptops, operating systems and printers. Two exams are necessary to be certified: CompTIA A+ Essentials, exam code 220-901; and CompTIA A+ Practical Application, exam code 220-902.

CompTIA A+ 220-901 covers the fundamentals of computer technology, installation and configuration of PCs, laptops and related hardware, and basic networking. CompTIA A+ 220-902 covers the skills required to install and configure PC operating systems, as well as configuring common features (e.g. network connectivity and email) for mobile operating systems Android and Apple iOS.

Cisco Certified Entry Networking Technician (CCENT) Interconnecting Networking Devices Part 1

The 100-105 Interconnecting Cisco Networking Devices Part 1 (ICND1) course is associated with the CCENT certification and the first step in achieving the CCNA Routing and Switching certification. Our CCENT course will prepare candidates for the Interconnecting Cisco Networking Devices Part 1 (ICND1) v3.0 exam. This course teaches the knowledge and skills required to successfully install, operate, and troubleshoot a small branch office network. While our courses are accessible through multiple mobile learning platforms, some courses may include a CD or DVD with the Textbook, so you may need access to a computer with CD-ROM or DVD Drive.
